Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.99.

Express shipping takes 1–2 business days and costs $9.99. Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days will ship the same day.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pureher.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
